Triductor Technology have closed its Series A funding

November 10, 2006. Triductor Technology have closed its Series A funding with leading investors including well-known Silicon Valley VC Riverwood Capital and Chinese VC China-Singapore Venture Capital (CSVC). Riverwood Capital Venture is an international management fund with more than US$1B under management with branch offices in Melno Park, New York and San Paulo. China-Singapore Venture (CSVC) is a well-known venture capital located in Suzhou China with more than US$10 billion investment capital. Both Riverwood Capital and CSVC are committed in sharing Triductor’s long-term global vision of building a first-class semiconductor company with focus on fixed-line communication ICs through technology advancement and continuous engineering effort.

After the closing of the Series A funding, Triductor will move its headquarter to Suzhou Industrial Park in China while maintaining its R&D branch office in Silicon Valley.
